Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
Sessions starting late due to client delay will still conclude at the originally scheduled time to maintain the day's roster.

Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Harassment of staff, practitioners, or other community members is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of account access without refund.
